Piotr is the Salon owner and the creative mind behind all that is Love & Dye.

How long have you worked in the hair Industry?

I just celebrate 30 years continuously working in industry

What made you decide to become a hair stylist?

I always like a creative environment and actually it was a mum suggestion to start working in hair salon. Inicialy was extremly difficult but after that cutting hair comes easly for me and I realize I am quite good in it. From then on my skills grow quickly and I enjoy doing this till now.

What is your favourite type of cut or colour to do?

I like short and bob haircuts. when it comes to colours I prefer natural looks enhancing rather than changing much.

What is the best part of your job?

I love being part of the team and work with people. Sharing my expertise with clients how to look after hair, suggesting hairstyles and in consequences make them feel better. Its all very satisfying. Now days we have great natural products that make my work even more pleasant.

JULIAN - Senior stylist

Julian is our senior stylist and hair up master.

How long have you worked in the hair Industry?

I have been working in this industry for 30 years. I began in Hong Kong when I was around 18 years old. I have worked in salons and also freelance. I am trained in Makeup as well as hair.

What made you decide to become a hair stylist?

Being a hair stylist was always my dream, even from a very young age. I remember my mum telling me off as a child for cutting the hair of my dolls.

What is your favourite type of cut or colour to do?

I really enjoy cutting and styling. and seeing the final result of my work.

What is the best part of your job?

The best part for me is the cutting and styling process, and getting to work in such a great relaxing environment.

VANESSA - Beauty Technician

How long have you worked in the Beauty Industry?

I officially qualified in 2022 and I have worked at Love and dye since 2023.

What made you decide to become a Beauty tech?

I have always taken a a real interest an all things beauty throughout my life. Loved makeup etc growing up, so felt natural that I would work in this industry.

What is your favourite type of beauty service?

I really do like to do Facials. I like the techniques and how relaxing it makes people feel. I also like doing nails with different colours and designs.

What is the best part of your job?

The best part of my job is that I can make people feel good and give people confidence.

AMY - New stylist and salon Coordinator

Amy is a new to hair styling but has been helping keep the Love & Dye engine rolling since 2021.

How long have you worked in the hair Industry?

I started working at Love & Dye in April 2021 as a receptionist and progressed to salon coordinator. I later Progressed into hair styling in 2025 after completing my qualification in 2024.

What made you decide to become a hair stylist?

I saw the amazing work that is done by our stylists everyday and I felt inspired to also create amazing hair. I love it when a client leaves feeling fantastic after a service.

What is your favourite type of cut or colour to do?

As I am a newer stylist, so I'm not sure I have a favourite yet, but I do really love doing fashion colours. It always makes be happy to see bright and wonderful colours.

What is the best part of your job?

The best part is my happy interactions with clients and knowing that they are pleased with their result. Seeing happy people, makes me happy.
